Policies

Mikayla at Midwest Mane Society strives to provide personalized and positive experiences to all clients.  When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you.  Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so AT LEAST 48 hours in advance some may have the opportunity to reschedule an another client in your place.

I pride myself on high quality services which included on-time appointments and providing efficient one-on one sessions and sanitation after each client leaves my chair.

Cancelations & Reschedules

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so by canceling on the Fresha app, clicking the link in the reminder text, or texting Mikayla.  Please do not message via instagram or Facebook.

Any rescheduled appointments that happen in the 24-48 hour time frame before your scheduled appointment is considered a cancellation.  

​

When canceling or rescheduling your appointment 24 hours prior, you will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked for that day.  When given a 24 hour or less notice, it can be very difficult for us to fill the appointment with a new client.  

​

When canceling or rescheduling within the 24 -48 hour period prior, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked for that day.  This will help us prepare better to fill the spot that has been cancelled.

​

Failure to pay the cancellation/rescheduling fee within 48 hours after issued will result in being banned from booking with us in the future.  

Cards on file

All clients are required to have a valid card on file to book an appointment.

Appointments will not be booked without a card on file.  If you refuse to have a card on file, we kindly ask that you seek services elsewhere.  

​

Any cancellation & "no show" fees will be charged to a card on file.  Once this charge is completed, you  may then schedule a new appointment.  If. the card declines or is expired, you will then be sent an invoice that needs to be paid within 48 hours.  Failure to pay the invoice within 48 hours of it being sent will result in being banned from booking with us in the future.  

Late Arrivals

We understand that things may happen on the way to your appointment.  We ask that you please let us know if you are running behind at all.  If you are running 15+ minutes late to you r appointment, your appointment may be cancelled and we ask that you pay the cancellation fee before booking any future appointments with us.
