The Pre-Visit

Please fill out the new client inquiry form linked above.  This helps us see if our availability matches, as well as gives me a little bit of insight as to what you're looking for appointment wise.

The Consultation

Having a thorough consultation begins at our pre-visit, and continues once you're in the chair.  This way we can look at your hair, lashes, and/or brows together to come up with the best game plan to meet your goals.

Providing a couple of inspiration photos is super helpful in communicating your desired outcome to make sure we're both visualizing the same thing.

Another thing I suggest, is to come with an open mind.  While inspiration photos are great, most of the time we cannot achieve the EXACT hair in the photos.  Their texture and hair history is likely way different than yours, the photo may be edited with some sort of filter, the model may have extensions, etc.  The most important things to me when you sit in my chair are: 1 -  that you love the outcome.  It's your hair, you need to love it and feel confident.   2- that your hair remains healthy no matter what we're doing!  Healthy hair, is happy hair!  Sometimes, our hair goals and inspiration photos don't line up with what our hair can handle.  Communicating that in our consultation is important, so we can shift our goals slightly to keep that in mind as well.  

After Goodbye

Once you leave the salon, it's important to have the proper set up and aftercare at home to help with the longevity of your service.  I will write down a maintenance plan for you at the end of your appointment with product suggestions, style recommendations, or any other helpful suggestions and tips discussed during your appointment.  If once you get home, you have any questions about your aftercare, please don't hesitate to reach out!

My number one goal when you leave the salon is that you're 100% satisfied.  If for some reason that were to not be the case, I offer grace period of 7 days from your appointment date to let me know & solve the issue.
