At Mikayla at Midwest Mane Society, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let me know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, I have to charge a late cancellation fee and cannot guarantee I’ll be able to fit you back in right away. Want to find out more? I understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call/text and let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled & we will need to reschedule. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
